Quality Control and Testing

The test laboratory performs incoming control of component parts in correspondence with 3S before use in production. Each batch of insulators undergoes acceptance (sample) tests in accordance with international standards and individual customer requirements.

The test laboratory is certified according to ISO/IEC 17025:2019 and has successful experience in product inspections remotely witnessed by customers reperesentatives since 2019. For this purpose, a modern video surveillance system is used, which covers all key areas of the laboratory.

Packaging and logistics

The choice of packaging method is made in accordance with the customer's requirements and transportation conditions. To protect the products, wooden crates, boxes and special packaging structures are used, which ensure the preservation of insulators during domestic and international transportation and their safe delivery to the destination.
