The shops of the Lviv Insulator Company are constantly improving the energy efficiency of production. In this dynamically developing field, it is important to keep in mind the latest methods of energy management. That is why the representative of LIС Andriy Shyshkin visited the All-Ukrainian Forum "Energy Managers' Club", which took place this year in Zaporizhzhia.

In addition to the actual tasks of the forum, the presentation of the latest developments in energy efficiency, participants were interested in the unique history and development of LIC, product range. Of course, given the topic of the forum, most people asked about energy development projects.

For years, LIC has been implementing both standard energy management methods (such as replacing all lamps with energy-saving ones in shops and offices) and the latest ones. Replacement of old burners in boilers with new ones provoked a lively discussion of the forum participants in Zaporizhzhia. The construction of a charge preparation plant two years ago using all the latest energy technologies, the planned increase in furnace productivity - up to 50 tons per hour - and a new assembly plant on the Italian line designed in a year also aroused interest.

It is also gratifying that in terms of energy management projects, LIC is ahead. “Compressor units, which we have had since 2011, have just been replaced by some companies and have presented it as an asset. We can say that we are among the leaders in this technique, "Andriy Shyshkin said.

Lectures and speeches on energy efficiency, typical mistakes of important energy projects, all about the new modern European standards (including environmental) - these are the areas of interest of the LIC at the "Club of Energy Managers". Perhaps the most worked in the group on environmental activities, because this is the area in which the LIC adheres to all standards without exception. "Energy management and ecology - this will now be the new European standard. After all, the reduced use of energy resources leads to an improvement in the ecological state of the country, "admitted Andriy Shyshkin. What will be the new emission quotas from next year (including in Europe), the new ISO 22 301 (business continuity), changes in energy efficiency legislation? All this has been carefully noted and will be implemented. In particular, the new furnace will take less gas and at the same time give less emissions thanks to new ecological burners.

They also studied the experience of energy efficient projects of leading Ukrainian enterprises. Worked with emission monitoring and energy efficiency of individual projects. The experience of international energy audits and audits of energy management systems was not superfluous. So now LIC will have even more energy efficiency and even stricter environmental regulations. After all, we work in a world where our children live, and we have no right to pollute it.
