CHARGE PREPARATION WORKSHOP

Raw materials are stored in a separate area of the production facility. The processes of preparation, dosing, mixing, and charge preparation are fully automated. The workshop is equipped with an independent power supply

GLASS MELTING WORKSHOP

In 2025, a new furnace with high energy efficiency was commissioned. The use of a combined gas-electric glass melting process reduces emissions into the environment, increases productivity, and ensures consistently high quality of glass.

PRODUCTION LINE

Glass components are manufactured on an automated production line, which was modernized in 2025, featuring a full cycle of pressing, toughening, and routine testing. Quality control is carried out at every stage, and an autonomous power supply ensures uninterrupted production.

ASSEMBLY

Insulator assembly is performed using Portland or alumina cement, with continuous laboratory quality control. All products undergo 100% routine inspection prior to packaging, including mechanical and visual inspections.

Proprietary technology

Lviv Insulator Company is a developer of its own recipe and technology for manufacturing insulating parts and insulators. All products have their own identification — a trademark. The manufactured products have passed standard tests in world-famous laboratories EGU, KEMA, POWERTECH, CPRI, DEKRA TIC Ltd.
